finding an IT career
This depends on the nature of the position we are hiring for. If it is a direct hire role or a position for the internal Prominent team, a full benefits package is available. For contract or contract-to-hire positions, it may only include 401k and health insurance.
This also depends on the position. Typically, staffing positions are hired as Temporary Full-Time employees (W-2).
This option is available for contractors who pass our independent contractor assessment.
This is determined by a number of factors including: type of experience, amount of experience, market demand, rate the client is paying, and remote vs onsite.
