Technical recruiters are integral to the success of the companies we serve. To continue to meet our client's needs Prominent is looking to add a Technical Recruiter to our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
  • Networking with and connecting exceptional technical talent with suitable organizations.
  • Determining candidates via internal database(s), job boards, platforms (such as GitHub), social media tools, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduction of outbound correspondence, phone calls, and other mediums of communication with IT professionals.
  • Design and deploy recruitment action plans.
  • Collaborate with fellow recruiters and account managers to develop and execute best practices for clients.
  • Establish targeted talent conduits through relationship management strategies.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on prospective candidates to govern the selection process to ensure talent fitness.
  • Update applicant tracking/CRM software with candidate information, detailed notes, and precise documentation.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; or two years professional experience, including developing new business.
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle agency recruiting experience with a focus on technical positions.
  • Systems acclimation, preferable with candidate relationship management tools, applicant tracking systems for pipeline development, and status updates as necessary.
  • Past experiences driving innovative solutions to problems.
